#14NTCCRMculture

Adding a Constituent Relationship Management system can offer an entirely new perspective on the people most important to your nonprofit, but only if it's integrated into your organization culture. The process of selecting and customizing a CRM to meet your needs is only the first step. How can you encourage a positive staff response to your new system, and keep them engaged after it's rolled out?  A panel of experts will discuss the process of choosing and implementing a CRM, and what to do post-implementation to make sure staff use it effectively.

This session is for nonprofit staffers concerned with creating and maintaining a data-focused culture at their organization. Attendees will walk away with: 1) an understanding of the key cultural indicators for a healthy data-focused organization; 2) strategies to create a data-focused culture; 3) connection to a team of participation who are dealing with the same issues you are.
