This session is for nonprofit professionals in management or leadership roles who regularly manage employees or volunteers. This session is workshop where groups will select difficult people or organizational issues, work together on a strategy for addressing them, and present to the rest of the group to solicit feedback.

Attendees will walk away with:  1) Plans for dealing with several difficult leadership issues; 2) Real world examples and experiences managing difficult situations; 3) Group critique of action plans to address specific leadership issues.
