Funders need evaluations that demonstrate how you're meeting your stated outcomes, but gathering the proper data can be complicated. We'll help you evaluate your programs by showing what data might already "live" in your systems, presenting a practical approach to  measure outcomes, and giving you strategies to grasp the effectiveness of your organization's programs. Idealware will present our innovative evaluation pyramid, which challenges current thinking about how nonprofits should conduct evaluation.

Attendees will walk away with: 1) an understanding of what program evaluation-related data already "lives" in your system; 2) a new take on how the language of program evaluation can be contextualized within your current measurement strategy; 3) a practical map of the ways in which your organization's software relates to program evaluation.
